My name is Jince Mon Joy, and I'm a multi-talented professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams. I was born on July 28 in the beautiful city of Kottayam, Kerala, India, and I've been on a mission to make a positive impact on the world ever since.
 

As an Nursing council licensing consultant and Certified Migration Expert, I have a deep understanding of the complex process of overseas nursing registration and Migration. That's why me founded Agnez International, a leading agency that specializes in helping healthcare professionals navigate the challenging Education, Registration and Immigration process of working abroad. But my interests and expertise go beyond the world of migration. I'm also a  business management expert, researcher, counsellor, traveler and mountaineer with a deep appreciation for the beauty and diversity of our planet. Whether I'm trekking through the Himalayas or exploring a new city, I'm always eager to learn and experience new things.

I completed my first Bachelor of Commerce degree at Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India. Following this, I graduated with a master's degree in Premiership in Business Management from the Indian Council for Technical Research and Development (ICTRD) in Maharashtra, India, along with the Innovative Proficiency Assessment Program (IPAP) offered by ICTRD. To further my education, I pursued and successfully obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Sorbonne University in France.

I am also a certified immigration consultant and have completed various courses related to immigration law and regulations. Additionally, I have successfully obtained my master's degree-level certificate in "Recruitment Skills" from the Oxford Home Study Centre (OHSC), United Kingdom. This course was independently certified to align with universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and has enriched my expertise across various critical domains. According to this accreditation, it was helpful to me to achieve the 'Skilled Migration Consultant" certification from the American Merit Council.​
 

I am proud to have completed a series of professional degree certificate courses at the Metropolitan School of Business & Management (MSBM), United Kingdom. These courses, independently certified to align with universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines, have enriched my expertise across various critical domains. In addition to completing the USATC, I am thrilled to announce that I have also successfully passed the PIER - Australia prestigious Education Agent Training Course (EATC) through the ICEF Academy. Here is my certificate. As a result, I am now recognized as a qualified education agent counselor and proudly featured on the Graduate as a Qualified Education Agent Counselor (QEAC) Finder. This esteemed certification, along with my unique Graduate Badge (No. 13264), highlights my international recognition as an ICEF-qualified consultant in the field of international education. Most recently, I successfully completed the New Zealand Education Agent Course (NZEAC) formal test, and as a New Zealand Course Graduate, I am now featured on the NZCG Finder and am entitled to a certificate and a badge (No. 5) with my own personal unique ID number. This new credential further solidifies my international recognition as an ICEF-qualified Agent and consultant for the New Zealand  international education industry. My commitment to continuous learning and professional development ensures that I remain at the forefront of the industry, providing the best possible advice and support to my clients.

And I have successfully completed the IOM E-Campus and also the United Nations The Essentials of Migration Management (EMM2.0) Programme, which offers many types of migration master's courses through the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and also successfully obtained their Master's level certificates.
 

I am also a member of the United Nations Network for Migration (UNNM) and the International Migration Research Network (IMISCOE), with a Migration Research Hub ID of 4077. Currently, I am actively participating in the United Nations Global Compact for Migration (UNGCM), where I promote the objectives of safe, orderly, and regular migration through my company, Agnez International. My contributions include prioritizing the needs of individuals, advocating for human rights, and fostering international cooperation, all in alignment with the principles of the Global Compact.

I graduated from a "Recruitment Consultant" course at Alison University of Ireland and also completed another Master's degree course, "Basics of International Law," from the same  Alison university. Additionally, I am proud to have graduated from the European Institute of Leadership and Management (EILM) in Dublin, Ireland, where I completed specialized master's level courses in Economics and International Business, International Relations, International Law, and Leadership and Organizations. These programs, independently certified to align with globally recognized Continuous Professional Development (CPD) standards, have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics, international diplomacy, legal frameworks, and effective leadership strategies. This diverse educational foundation has significantly enhanced my expertise, enabling me to deliver exceptional consulting services and client support.

 

I am proud to share that I have recently graduated from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Berlin, Germany, after completing specialized master's degree programs in Global Governance. These courses encompassed key subjects such as Economics and International Business, Essential Management Skills, International Law, and International Politics. This comprehensive curriculum has equipped me with a deep understanding of global governance, diplomacy, legal frameworks, and effective leadership strategies. The knowledge gained has significantly enhanced my professional expertise, enabling me to provide more insightful and effective consulting support to my clients. I have successfully completed four certified courses from the World Health Organization (WHO), demonstrating expertise in key areas of global health. These courses include The first one is "Migration and Health: Enhancing Intercultural Competence and Diversity Sensitivity." The second one is the "WHO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Emergencies," the third one is "Introduction to the Emergency Response Framework (ERF)," and the fourth one is "Global Competency Standards for the Provision of Health Services to Refugees and Migrants." Each certification is complemented by official recognition through WHO-issued course badges.

In addition, I had the privilege of representing India as the sole participant in the Fifth WHO Global School on Refugee and Migrant Health Program 2024, hosted in Colombia by the World Health Organization. This remarkable experience culminated in earning the distinguished Certificate of Attendance, reflecting my commitment to advancing health equity for refugees and migrants globally.

In addition to my expertise in consulting, counselling, nursing, and migration, I possess a variety of skills that allow me to provide comprehensive services to my clients. I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, French, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. I am also experienced in project management, marketing, and customer service.

I am interested outside of work; I enjoy traveling, hiking, and swimming. I am also an avid reader and enjoy exploring different cultures through literature and cuisine. In addition to my professional pursuits, I'm also a talented freelancer with skills in writing, photography, and web design. I've worked with clients from around the world, bringing a unique perspective and creative flair to every project.
